About the role
Join us as Sponsorship Lead Volunteer for the first annual Face Off Against Hunger event. This role will serve to support Food Banks Mississauga staff to raise funds for neighbours facing food insecurity in Mississauga.
Responsibilities

Manage sponsor recognition and fulfillment

Work with Officers to develop sponsorship packages and secure cash sponsors, gift-in-kind donations, food, prizes and event vendors

Create a pipeline of corporate organizations in Mississauga

Help coordinate sponsor activations and on site benefits

Work with Marketing and Communications and Logistics teams to ensure logos for sponsors are well seen in marketing materials

September 2026 - June 2027
Location
Virtual, with one in-person meeting monthly on the third Wednesday of every month; attendance on event day (May 1, 2027)
