About the role
Support the Food Bank 2 Home Delivery Program with its administrative operations, including calling to confirm outstanding client deliveries, printing and organizing delivery forms, and responding to emails and voicemails.
Responsibilities
Commit to minimum one shift per week – Thursday and / or Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Commit to volunteering for a minimum of 6 months.
Call program clients to confirm delivery and take special requests.
Maintain and accurately track information on client profiles.
Print and organize client order forms for volunteer packers.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
Keep Food Bank Programs Team Lead informed regarding availability changes.
