It’s part of my routine to give thanks for incredible people like you who step up to support our neighbours facing food insecurity. This Thanksgiving weekend, I was giving thanks to YOU!
As I reflect on the past few months, I know we couldn’t have been there for our community without you.
Thank you for helping get kids and their families through a long, tough summer without the school meal programs they rely on.
Thank you for being one of the truly special people who, when faced with a crisis like food insecurity, steps up and says, “What can I do?” (including finding ways to get your financial donations to us despite the on-going postal strike!).
As we look to the months ahead, it means the world to know that you’ll be there beside us—especially with the busy holiday season just around the corner.
Together, we can ensure that every household in Mississauga will have a full table and the peace of mind that goes with it.
With my deepest thanks,
Meghan Nicholls
